All the students are provided with a copy of the Student Handbook on confirmation of enrolment.

Handbook which sets out the policies and procedures for Queensford College, providing a comprehensive guide for all
international students.
International academic calendar shows teaching periods, intake dates, semester breaks, public holidays. All information in this document was correct at the time of publication but is subject to change.

Policies and Procedures
This Policy defines the standards of behavior which Queensford College students will conduct themselves and the penalties which may apply as a consequence for breaches of these standards of conduct.
This policy outlines Queensford College’s Complaints and Appeals Policy and Procedure for all academic and non-academic matters and applies to all Queensford College students, both international and domestic.
This policy is created pursuant to Section 19 of the ESOS Act 2000 and Standard 8 of the National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students 2018. Students are informed of the requirements regarding course progress at multiple stages prior to enrolment and commencement of studies.
This policy sets out the requirements for international students to achieve satisfactory attendance, details how attendance will be monitored and assessed, how attendance requirements are communicated to students and the consequences of failing to maintain satisfactory attendance in accordance with this policy.
This policy applies to all overseas students enrolled with Queensford College’s courses of study and outlines the process for assessing, documenting and managing requests for absence of leave requests, in line with obligations under Standard 9 of the National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students 2018.
This Policy applies to all students enrolled in a course of study with Queensford College and is the basis for the scope and management of all critical incidents. This policy is created pursuant to the ESOS Act 2000 and Standard 6 of the National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students 2018.
This refund policy applies to all course monies paid to the College and includes any course monies paid to an education agent to be remitted to the College as per the Letter of Offer. This policy applies to both commencing and extending students and covers full and partial refunds, refunds in the event of student default and in the case of provider default.
This policy aligns with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015, whereby RTOs must accept and provide credit to learners for units of competency and/or modules (unless licensing or regulatory requirements prevent this) where verifiable evidenced is provided.
The purpose of this Policy and Procedure is to outline the circumstances in which Queensford College will allow both the enrolment of transferring students and the release of students from the College to another provider. The restriction applies to any prerequisite courses in a package of courses as well as the first six months of the principal course.
This policy applies to all overseas students enrolled with Queensford College’s courses of study and outlines the process for assessing and documenting requests for deferral, suspension or cancellation of studies, in line with obligations under Standard 9 of the National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students 2018.
This document outlines Queensford College’s Policy and Procedures in relation to ensuring that all international students under 18 years of age, who are not being cared for in Australia by a parent or Department of Home Affairs (DHA) approved relative, have appropriate living and welfare arrangements while they are in Australia as per the ESOS Act 2000 and the National Code 2018.
Queensford College is committed to ensuring all personal information and data held by the College is managed and protected in line with the Australian Privacy Principle and the Privacy Act 1988, in the collection, use or disclosure of personal information and data.
This policy covers the refunds process for all fees payable for training services provided within Queensford College scope of registration, in accordance with the ESOS Act and the National Code. This policy and procedure applies to all staff of the college responsible for the processing of refunds and/or collecting outstanding tuition fees and/or attending to student queries in respect to refund and payable tuition fees.
The policy and procedure document is created to assist Queensford College to ensure the students are transitioned to the updated training product or provided with an option to complete the qualification in the event of changes in the training package.
