I enjoyed the interactive classes the most because my trainer encouraged group work and presentations to help us learn about taking care of the elderly. The classes and practical training in manual handling and first aid all prepared me for vocational placement (VP). The VP Coordinator was very responsive and cooperative. She organised the location of an aged care facility where I was placed and arranged all relevant documentation. I heartily thank each and every member of Queensford College who has helped me.
